These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of dreamsactive.com and the Dreams Active digital course and community (the “Service”), operated by IG Club LLC (DBA “Dreams Active”), a Wyoming limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). By using the Service or purchasing the course, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms.

1. What the Service is — and is not

Dreams Active is a digital wellness & education platform. The course offers general educational information about balanced nutrition and gentle physical activity after pregnancy.

The content provided by Dreams Active is for educational and general wellness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation, and it does not replace consultation with a physician. The exercises and nutrition information have contraindications. Do not begin the program after a complicated childbirth, cesarean section, with diastasis, or with any health condition without first consulting your treating physician. If you experience pain or discomfort, stop and seek medical advice. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Purchases and access

Purchase terms, pricing, access periods, and refunds are described in the Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.

4. License and intellectual property

All course materials — videos, texts, plans, images, and branding — belong to us or our licensors. Upon purchase we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the materials for your own private, non-commercial use during your access period. You may not copy, record, download (unless a download is provided by us), share, resell, publish, or distribute the materials, or share your access credentials with anyone else.

5. Community rules

When participating in the course chat or community you agree to:

be respectful — no harassment, hate speech, or bullying;
not give or solicit medical advice;
not post advertising, spam, or third-party promotions;
not share other members’ personal information or messages;
not post unlawful, explicit, or harmful content.

We may remove content or suspend community access for violations, without refund where the violation is material.

6. Third-party services

The Service may rely on third-party platforms (payment processors, video hosting, messengers for the community chat). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those platforms; we are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IG Club LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for personal injury arising from your voluntary participation in physical activity against medical advice. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; refunds are governed by the Subscription Terms. Sections 4 and 7–12 survive termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
